The apartment features a landscaped wraparound, terrace, wine cooler in the kitchen, and greenhouse attached to the bedroom -- perfect for cultivating the garden of her young love. It's a step up from her last place on Leonard Street, where she lost $52 K on the sale; but this year, she'll be starring in her third movie as the "muse" of Woody Allen, so, you know, she's got a little money coming in.
